Grant Junghans debuted a new paint scheme on his Hughes Racing Chassis at the Inagural King of America Modified Nationals in Humboldt, KS. After qualifying 3rd fastest, Junghans fought his way to a 13th place finish in Wednesday's qualifier. That performance earned him an up-front starting spot in Saturday's "B Feature", where he advanced to a transfer spot to the "A Feature". In the $15,000 to win main event, Junghans started 25th and finished 17th in the final rundown.
Next up for Junghans is the $15,000 to win Wes Hurst Memorial in Tucson, AZ.
